## Foundations

- [Collector garage foundations for buyers](https://luxurygaragebuilders.fyi/academy/collector-garage-foundations.md): Learn what goes into a collector garage, what a listing on this site shows, and the basics of car lifts and climate control, so you can talk to a garage specialist with confidence.

## Practitioner

- [Hire a collector garage builder](https://luxurygaragebuilders.fyi/academy/hire-a-collector-garage-builder.md): A step-by-step method to vet a garage builder, compare quotes against one specification, agree a fair contract and payment schedule, and keep the records you need later.

## Specialist

- [Review a collector garage specification](https://luxurygaragebuilders.fyi/academy/review-a-collector-garage-specification.md): Check a collector garage design before you build: permits and fire separation, car lift clearance and slab, climate targets, and power, lighting and ventilation.
