# The parts of a collector garage project

A collector garage is more than a large garage. It is a building project, an electrical project and often a car lift installation. It also needs a floor, storage and climate control. Each part can need a different specialist.

## The specialists

The listings on this site use these service types:

- Garage design and planning.
- New garage construction, and garage conversion or renovation.
- Car lift supply and installation.
- Floor coatings and tiles.
- Cabinetry and storage systems.
- Heating, cooling and dehumidification.
- Lighting, EV charger installation and garage doors.
- Collector car storage.

One business can offer many of these services. Ask each business which parts it does itself and which parts it gives to other trades.

## What a listing shows

Business names, addresses, coordinates, phones and websites come from the Overture Maps Places theme and from each business's own website. The data was retrieved on 2026-10-29. Each row names its sources.

Public data has no project prices, brands or service areas. This site does not invent them. These fields stay empty until a business claims its listing and fills them in. They include the smallest project, a typical price range, a typical project size, the brands installed and the service area.

## What a listing does not show

- **A listing is not a recommendation.** Check the licence, insurance and references of each business yourself.
- **An address is not a service area.** The address shows where the business is based. Many builders and lift installers travel for large projects. Ask each one about its service area.
- **A paid level is not a review.** Verified, Featured and Sponsored are paid tiers. Verified shows that the business proved the listing is its own. Featured and Sponsored are paid positions on city pages. None of them is a check of work quality.
- **A licence number on a listing comes from the business.** Check it on the official register.
