# Review a collector garage specification

## What you will learn

- Find the main permit and fire separation rules for an attached garage under the IRC and in England.
- Calculate car lift clearance for the top car and the lower car from the maker's figures.
- Check a slab against the concrete requirements of a lift maker.
- Write humidity and temperature targets with sensors and alarms into the design.
- Check EV charging, lighting and ventilation against NEC Article 625, Approved Document S and HSE HSG38.
